CEO of AAK (STO:AAK) after Jerker Hartwall. Arne Frank is 52 years old
and holds an MSc in Industrial Management from Linköping Institute of
Technology.
- During a very interesting introduction period, I have been privileged
to meet many key persons in AAK's management and employees within the
various business areas. I have also had the opportunity to meet a large
number of customers, says Arne Frank, President and CEO.
- It has been very valuable for me to acquire this knowledge,
experiences and views before I formally started my work at AAK. It has
been especially important to thoroughly understand the Beliefs &
Behaviours of the company, including the respect for the environment in
which we operate.
The reactions I've received from our customers strongly confirm that our
strategy is right: a strong focus on continued development towards
specialty products. This and a selective acquisition strategy with a
strong balance sheet as a basis will bring AAK forward and ensure a
continued strong development of our profitability, Arne Frank concludes.
In addition to Arne Frank, the following persons constitute the Group
Management:
Anders Byström, Vice President AarhusKarlshamn AB and CFO.
Renald
Mackintosh President Food Ingredients Continental Europe

Balle who left AAK in December 2009.
